Anna gives you her own version of Strawberry Tart with Chocolate,
Based on the recipe of Ntina Nicholaou
INGREDIENTS FOR PASTRY:
200 gr Farina
½ sachet (4 grams) Baking Powder
1 dark chocolate chopped for cream
1 folder of Confectionery Cream
80 gr sugar
90 gr soft butter
1 egg whole
½ tsp. salt
400 ml cold milk
250 gr Strawberries cut in the middle
DECORATIVE MATERIALS:
250 gr Couverture
150 ml of cream
100 gr sugar
40 gr butter
3pcs. strawberries
Mix in the mixer with the hook Farina, Baking Powder, Chocolate, egg, salt, butter and sugar until a ball is made around the hook. If necessary, add some water when whisking the mixture to make the dough better homogenized. We take the dough and wrap it in a plastic membrane. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. Prepare the Confectionery Cream as instructed on the packaging. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, spread on the bottom and on the walls of a 20 centimeter buttered form. Spread the cream we prepared and sink in the strawberries.
(If we have any dough left, we make strips and cover the cream with the strawberries, forming with the dough strips in the shape of the Flora paste. Brush the dough strips with egg yolk). Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
When cooked, remove the sweet from the oven and let it cool down. We prepare the chocolate ganache. Finish the couverture. Heat the cream and remove it from the fire. Pour the couverture into the cream and stir until it melts.
Then add the sugar and stir. Finally, add the butter and stir well until the ganache is polished.
At the time of serving, we pour the sweet with chocolate garnish and adorn the strawberries.
