An easy recipe with few ingredients.

1 packet crust sheets (filo)

1 block of butter melted

¼ cheese type Gouda finely chopped

¼ finely chopped pariza

Few slices of bacon finely chopped

1 cup of highly concentrated tomato juice.

Filled rolls simple and quick 2How to prepare

  1. We take two crust sheets together and we brush the entire surface with tomato juice and butter.
  2. Add on the entire surface our finely chopped ingredients and begin to wrap in a roll.
  3. We brush with butter at the ends and cut into pieces (each roll will give us 5 pieces).
  4. Place in a buttered baking dish. Repeat until the process is complete.
  5. Bake at 180 oC until golden brown.
