Filled rolls
An easy recipe with few ingredients.
Ingredients

1 packet crust sheets (filo)
1 block of butter melted
¼ cheese type Gouda finely chopped
¼ finely chopped pariza
Few slices of bacon finely chopped
1 cup of highly concentrated tomato juice.
- We take two crust sheets together and we brush the entire surface with tomato juice and butter.
- Add on the entire surface our finely chopped ingredients and begin to wrap in a roll.
- We brush with butter at the ends and cut into pieces (each roll will give us 5 pieces).
- Place in a buttered baking dish. Repeat until the process is complete.
- Bake at 180 oC until golden brown.
