½ kg peeled shrimps
1 packet of spaghetti
1 tbsp oil or butter (for the pasta)
1 shot of ouzo or tsipouro
1 glass of water (for the sauce)
½ glass oil (for the sauce)
1 glass tomato sauce
Salt, Red hot Pepper, Paprika, Oregano
How to prepare:
In a pot cook the shrimps until boiled and then place them in a bowl.
If you prefer you can cook with butter. Boil the pasta in salted water and strain immediately after it boils. In a saucepan, add the butter and the pasta. Mix well and remove from the fire.
Into the pot with the pasta, add the sauce and mix well.
