Individual millefeuille

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 glasses milk

  • ½ glass sugar
  • ¼ glass flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 soup spoon butter -Vitam
  • 2 packages crackers
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 bag whipped cream

ΜΙΛΦΕΙΓ---MILLEFEUILLEHow to prepare:

Put the sugar, flour and eggs in the mixer and whisk for 2 minutes.

Boil the milk in a saucepan. Once it boils, slowly add it in our blend. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir until thickened.

Remove it from the heat but continue to stir, add the vanilla and the butter.

Dip the crackers one by one into the milk and place them on individual small bowls. Once we are ready with our crackers pour the cream over the crackers.

If you want you can put two layers of crackers with cream intermediate and above.

Once ready we prepare our whipped cream as per the instructions on the packaging and add it to the surface of our mille-feuille.

Grate some crackers and sprinkle our mille-feuille. If we want we add powedered sugar.

Keep refrigerated.
