Ingredients

4 kg Sheep Milk

1 kg Sugar

Half tspn sour

HOW TO PREPARE

karamela 8In a deep saucepan put the milk and sugar over low heat until it reaches boiling point

karamela 1karamela 5As soon it begins to boil increase the temperature and pour the sour. Continue mixing to prevent from sticking.

karamela 4Once it starts to thicken and unsticks from the walls then remove from heat.

Put hot in the pan. Be careful not to leave any liquids.
Allow to cool over 3 hours, and cut into pieces of rectangular or square shape.
