Fish-shaped mashed potatoes
From the nuns of the Ikosifinissa Monastery
Ingredients
2 kg of potatoes
1 cup of tea olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 2 lemons
Sea salt
Freshly ground white pepper
Wash the potatoes well and boil.
Before they cool peel them and grind in the mill.
In a blender mash the garlic and all the ingredients together and beat until they become a homogenous mixture and have a cream texture.
Put the puree in a form and serve forming a fish shape and decorate with vegetables.
