Make the most delicious pancakes for you and your children.

Ingredients:
For 15 pancakes
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of milk (The 1/2 cup keep it to dilute the mixture, in order to stay liquid)
1 baking powder
2 1/2 cups flour for all uses
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
250 gr. butter (half in the mixture and the rest in the pan)
How to prepare:
In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Make a puddle in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter
Stir until the mixture is homogenized.
Add 1 tsp. butter in the pan and we wait for it to melt.
We take a ladle to pour the mixture into the pan.
Once the pancake is red, turn it over and once it is browned and on the other side remove it from the pan.
Serve the pancakes when they are warm. You can accompany them with anything else you want
