Good morning my friends. A friend reader asked for pasta ..and I said to make a «light» one, which, however, during the process became «turbo!». I will now share it with you !!


INGREDIENTS: 1 package pasta linguine

Pasta linguine and sauce whatever                 5-6 slices of ham or bacon (whatever you like or you have available)

5-6 slices of cheese type Gouda

1 milk cream

1 very finely chopped green pepper

1 medium clove garlic (for those naturally, who like garlic)

1 tbsp parsley very finely chopped

1 pinch of salt, black pepper and oregano


EXECUTION: 1. Boil and strain the linguine.

  1. In the same pan add oil as much as you need when you sauté pasta.Μακαρονάδα με λιγκουίνι 2
  2. Finely chop and add the garlic, then do the same with the ham or bacon.
  3. Mix in the chopped pepper, salt, black pepper and oregano! Then add the cream and just when it gets a good boil (be careful not to stick the cream), mix all the ingredients continuously. Add our cheese, add the linguine and parsley and mix well …

     Our pasta is ready!

      Now here, as you can see in the photo, if you have fried vegetables with tomatoes, add them and it will be fantastic!
