Lasagna with zucchini and Greek feta – by Anna Katachana
Ingredients:
1 kg grated zucchini
5 eggs
1 package of lasagna
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
250 gr of Greek feta
A little Gouda
A little turkey or bacon
A little oil for the filling and a little oil for the pan
How to make:
Mix all the ingredients except the lasagna.
Grease the baking pan and place a layer of lasagna.
Add 2/4 of the mixture and add a layer of lasagna. Put ¼ of the mixture and our last lasagna and the rest of our mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until it gets some color.
