Cooking recipes: Fried chicken livers – Just, delicious and fast – From Helen Brufas

A tasty treat and very fast ..

 It is ideal to accompany the tsipouro but also our wine.

Ingredients:

1 kilogram of chicken livers

Salt / black pepper / oregano

1 cup of seed oil for frying

Juice of 1 lemon

1 glass of wine, white wine or retsina (gives a nice flavor and aroma)

Fried chicken livers 1How to prepare:

After washing our livers, add our oil to a deep frying pan (saucepan or pan) and let it warm just a little.

Add our livers, sauté and let them fry.

In the next 2-3 minutes add the lemon juice and the white wine or the retsina.

Allow to cook until all liquids are absorbed and only the oil is left.

In the end, before we remove them from the fire, add salt / pepper / oregano and you are ready to serve them.

* Chicken livers do not need much frying because they can burn easily. Once golden brown, remove them from the pan.
